Q. How to purchase my order on the website?

  1. Click "Add to cart" button on the product(s) you wish to purchase.
  2. Click "Continue Shopping" to continue and add other products into the cart or click "Checkout" to proceed for payment of your product(s).
  3. You'll reach a log in page where you need to log into your account using your Username and Password. If you don't have an account, you need to register before you can proceed with your payment.
  4. You'll need to confirm you shipping address on the "Shipping Address" page and click "next" button.
  5. From there, you need to select your shipping method and then click "next" button.
  6. Next, you'll need to choose your payment method and then click "next" button.
  7. After all the steps have been done, you'll need to reconfirm your billing details and agree on the Terms & Conditions.
  8. Click "Confirm Order" to complete the order.


Q. What are the payment methods available?

After you made the payment, please send us the payment details of:

  1. Bank Name
  2. Banking Date
  3. Banking Time
  4. Banking Reference No
  5. Total Amount Paid
  6. Order No

Note: Your purchased product(s) will not be delivered until we have the informations.


Q. How to change my account personal information and shipping address?

  • Log-in your account → Click on "Account Maintenance" → Edit your account information and shipping address here.


Q. I forgot my password for my account. How do I retrieve it?

  1. Click on "Lost Password?" and fill your email that you use to register the account in the box.
  2. Click "Submit".
  3. A verification token will be sent to you. Once you have received the token, you will be able to choose a new password for your account.


Q. Can I cancel an existing order that have been made?

  • Yes. Only if the order is still on pending status.
  • Please send an email to jnj_cus@yahoo.com with the message title "Request to cancel order" in order to inform us about the cancellation order.
  • Order(s) that are in shipping or already been shipped will not be allowed to cancel.


Q. What is the product's transaction currency?
All transactions will be done in Ringgit Malaysia (RM)


Q. How long does the delivery usually takes?
Delivery usually will take about 2 to 5 working days (depending on the courier service).
